Do you offer delivery outside of the UK?
Currently, we only offer UK-wide delivery, but we’re hoping to expand beyond the UK in the near future - stay tuned!
Do you offer wheat-free options?
Yes. Most of our recipes are wheat-free, made with coconut and oat flour. Our non-iced cookies are also grain-free.
Are your treats suitable for puppies?
Yes. Our treats are made with simple, natural ingredients such as oat flour, coconut flour, peanut butter, and egg - suitable for puppies over 12 weeks old.
However, we do advise consulting your veterinarian beforehand if you have any concerns regarding specific ingredients.
Every dog is unique, so we also recommend introducing new biscuits gradually and monitoring your puppy’s response.
Do you offer options for dogs with sensitivities or allergies?
All our recipes are made using just a few simple ingredients and are free from preservatives and fillers, making them a great choice for dogs with sensitivities. However, each dog is different, and individual sensitivities may vary. We always recommend checking ingredient lists carefully before introducing new products to your dog’s diet.
As our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles various common allergens, if your dog has severe allergies, we kindly recommend holding off - safety first, always!

Do you offer products that support dental health?
Yes. Our Laboni Toys collection is designed to gently clean dogs’ teeth through play. We also offer coffee wood chews, a natural and sustainable option that helps support dental health.
Where are Fluffy Fluff biscuits made?
All our biscuits are baked and decorated in a home-based kitchen in London, UK.

Are your toys suitable for puppies?
All our Laboni toys are great for pups — they’re made from 100% cotton rope and non-toxic dyes, making them safe for chewing and perfect for teething. The rope weave is strong yet gentle on teeth and gums, ideal for young pups developing bite strength.
Some of our snuffle toys (e.g. "Blocks") have been specially designed with puppies in mind, featuring reinforced layers, child-grade squeakers, and multiple types of sensory stimulation to keep little minds busy.
Safety note: Always supervise playtime, especially if your puppy is in a heavy chewing phase - No toy is indestructible.
