How it works

• You must be an existing Fluffy Fluff customer (you have placed at least one order with us).
• The person you refer must be a new Fluffy Fluff customer (this must be their first order with us) and the value of their order must be a minimum of £10.
• Once the person you’ve referred has placed and paid for their order, simply message me directly on Instagram with your full name and the name of the person you referred, and I'll send you your 15% discount code.
• You can refer as many new customers as you like and receive a separate reward for each successful referral.
  

Referral Terms

• The referral scheme applies only to new referrals from today onwards and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous referrals or orders.
• The 15% discount is single-use and cannot be combined with another discount code or promotion.
• Fluffy Fluff reserves the right to refuse or cancel a referral reward where we reasonably believe the referral scheme has been misused or abused.
• Fluffy Fluff reserves the right to amend, suspend or end the referral scheme at any time. Any rewards validly earned before changes to or closure of the scheme will still be honoured.
